Lynde Adamcik is a Land Professional with deep expertise in project management, technology integration, and operational efficiency. Before joining Adaptive Edge in 2021, she spent 12 years at BP and BPX Energy, where she led cross-functional collaborations and innovation initiatives to enhance performance and streamline operations. She also directed large-scale M&A efforts for Land Administration, focusing on process optimization, data conversion, and system integrations.
At Adaptive Edge, Lynde leverages her extensive experience to build strong client relationships and deliver impactful, customized solutions. She partners with clients to implement strategic initiatives such as file digitization, system integration, and workflow improvement. Her efforts have contributed to measurable client success, including significant cost savings, increased efficiency, and reclaimed hours.
Lynde lives in Katy, Texas, with her husband, Austin, and their two children, Brynnley and Cohen. Her time outside of work is spent with her family, attempting to garden in the Texas heat, and chasing her kids around with a camera.
Lynde holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas State University and a Petroleum Land Management Certification from the University of Houston.
